A Tasty Start
We kicked off the month with a lunch at Chamberlin + Associates' stunning new corporate office. A big thank you to the team for hosting us in their gorgeous new space—it was the perfect spot for connecting and breaking bread!
Crystal Clear Futures
Our annual Perspectives & Projections event brought top industry experts to share their forecasts and insights into the multifamily housing market. Attendees walked away with a clearer picture of what the future holds—both locally and nationally.
Patrons, You Rock
We couldn’t be more thankful to our Patrons who joined us for the inaugural Patron Appreciation Breakfast at Hangar 44. Your support means everything, and we hope you enjoyed the breakfast as much as we enjoyed celebrating YOU. Seriously, you all make our community stronger—thank you for being amazing!
Raising the Bar
AMCF Phoenix Charity Week was an absolute smash hit, raising over $37,000 for charitable partners. With over 600 participants, you went above and beyond, supporting organizations like Entryway Phoenix and UMOM New Day Centers. A huge thank you to all the companies and individuals who made it such a success—we’ll be celebrating you at the Holiday Party on December 5th. Who will be taking home the Championship Belts? You’ll have to wait and see!
Making Strides for Autism Awareness
The Arizona Multihousing Charitable Foundation (AMCF) was proud to be the title sponsor for the 4th Annual YES Day and Walk for Autism hosted by the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center. Our AMCF Big Hearts committee didn’t just show up—they showed out, running “Carnival Row” with games and activities that brought smiles and joy to the clients and supporters of SARRC. It was a morning of fun and connection, and we couldn’t be prouder to support this incredible cause.
Golfing with Spirit
It was fore sure a good time at this year’s Halloween Par-Tee themed Tucson Golf Tournament! The course was full of fun costumes, competitive spirit, and the coveted Best Use of Theme award. A perfect day of golf, networking, and celebration!
A Mixer to Remember
Our Tucson New Member Mixer was a fantastic way to wrap up the month, bringing fresh faces together with seasoned pros. New connections were made, and great conversations were had—nothing like a little networking to end the month on a high note!
