AMA members closed out the year in style, raising an incredible $41,251 for AMCF Phoenix charities at the holiday party. With over 300 attendees and record-breaking generosity, proceeds will benefit organizations like Entryway Talent, SARRC, and UMOM New Day Centers. Special shoutout to our championship belt winners: Elite Pro Services and Mark-Taylor for their stellar fundraising efforts.
New Leadership Announced
AMA welcomed the 2025 Executive Committee and Board of Directors during the December 5 meeting. Big thanks to our incoming leaders Adam Greco, Michelle Sinclair, Luis Verger, Stacey Hogue, Lisa Rosenfeld, and Tim Furnas for steering the AMA ship into the new year.

The 2024 Lyceum Leadership Program wrapped up with a bang. This year’s graduates were a remarkable group, and we’re thrilled to see them shape the future of multifamily housing as industry leaders.
Holiday Cheer with the AMA Staff
Crafts, coasters, and camaraderie! The AMA staff holiday party gave us time to celebrate together, share some laughs, and recharge for the upcoming year.
