Arizona Multihousing Association Announces 2025 Officers and Board Members
PHOENIX – The Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), the statewide trade organization representing Arizona’s apartment industry, is pleased to announce its officers and board members for 2025.
Adam Greco of Mark-Taylor Residential will serve as the 2025 Board Chair. Joining Greco on the executive committee are Michelle Sinclair, Vice Chair, The Wolff Company; Luis Verger, Treasurer; Stacey Hogue, Secretary, Greystar Real Estate Partners; Lisa Rosenfeld, Immediate Past Chair, HSL Asset Management-Tucson; and Tim Furnas, IP Executive, Avalanche Security Solutions.
“As Arizona’s population continues to grow at a record pace, our industry’s role in meeting housing demand has never been more vital,” said Greco, the incoming chair. “I’m honored to lead the AMA’s efforts as we address the challenges of housing affordability, the housing supply crisis, and burdensome regulation. The AMA will continue to work collaboratively with policymakers, developers, property managers, and a range of stakeholders to find innovative solutions for Arizona’s future.”
