In Agritopia, the heart of a vibrant neighborhood in Gilbert, Arizona, we recently hosted our third IPC event of 2023 at The Tyler, a stunning Greystar community located at 3150 East Ray Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296. With over 75 attendees, including a growing number of new AMA IPC members, the event was a resounding success.

One of the highlights of our IPC events is our commitment to supporting the Steve Peters and Julie Hurst scholarship fund. During this gathering, we managed to raise an additional $80.00 for this worthy cause. The icing on the cake was Dallin Tippetts of Rainforest Plumbing and Air winning the much-coveted lunch meeting with the Greystar Team and The Tyler.

Stacey Hogue, a Senior Director for Greystar, led the meeting by sharing the inspiring Greystar story. The Tyler, our event's host, received the 2023 Developers Award for Best Community Design in the mid/low-rise style category. Noelle Vo, the Community Manager, and her team showcased their knowledge of The Tyler and the Agritopia area, captivating all attendees with the rich history behind the land and community. Also in attendance for the Greystar corporate office were Heather Knudson, Director of Real Estate, and Rod Wilson, Director of Regional Maintenance, adding a significant presence to the event.

Agritopia Neighborhood, the Epicenter, offers direct access to restaurants, bars, stores, and gyms. This community sits amidst Phoenix's most sought-after eateries and retail destinations, reflecting the area's heritage as a working farm for almost a century.
