Onnix Apartments in the heart of downtown Tempe host 2nd IPC event of 2023

Downtown Tempe was the site of the second IPC event of the year as the Onnix Apartments, a Western Wealth Communities property, hosted over 40 AMA industry partners, many of them new, on April 26.
It was evident Onnix is a true neighborhood community. It is located within close proximity to some of Tempe's most famous hot spots, entertainment, and dining. The community is close to Mill Avenue, Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, and Tempe Marketplace.
We had the great pleasure of having Lindsay Duffy, Marketing and Training Director, share with us the Western Wealth story. Kim Gonzalez the Community Manager for Onnix, told us all about the community.
This beautiful, 659-unit community was built in 1984. It is located at 1500 E. Broadway Road in Tempe.
At each IPC event, the committee raises money to support the Steve Peters and Julie Hurst Scholarship fund. It raised $170 at the event. The winner of the drawing for this meeting was Tarah Fenn with LX Hausys America.
