Celebrating Work Anniversaries
July started with a bang as we celebrated two incredible AMA team members. Melissa Grittman, our go-to for all things accounting and admin, marked her 3-year work anniversary on July 6. Just a few weeks later, on July 26, Charnissa Moore, our membership and business development guru, celebrated four years with us. Time flies when you’re making a difference—congrats to both!
Tucson Reverse Trade Show
On July 18, we took Tucson by storm with our in-person Reverse Trade Show. Picture this: a fast-paced, high-energy event where Industry Partners got to meet Arizona’s top apartment management companies in a “speed dating” style setup. No pre-planned meetings, just pure, unfiltered networking at its best. It was a day of connections, conversations, and plenty of business cards exchanged!
Phoenix Virtual Reverse Trade Show
Not to be outdone, Phoenix had its own Reverse Trade Show on July 26, but with a virtual twist. Perfect timing for budget season, this event let Industry Partners pick and choose who they wanted to meet, all from the comfort of their home office. With 8-minute interview slots, it was all about making every second count. Efficiency meets opportunity—just the way we like it!
Welcome, New Members!

Wrapping Up with Education and Development
We kept the learning momentum going in July with the second and third parts of our summer series: Communication and Time Management for the Polished Professional, and Networking Skills for the Polished Professional. We also offered a Q3 2024 Multifamily Market Update and a session in Phoenix on becoming more than just a vendor.
