IPC finds the right attitude at Avanti Residential’s Latitude Apartment Homes and Casitas

What’s the best way to beat back the summer heat in the Valley? How about hanging out in a really cool space. That’s just what the AMA Industry Partners Committee (IPC) did in July for its summer tour. Avanti Residential’s Latitude Apartment Homes and Casitas hosted approximately 50 industry partners.

On-site Manager Mindy Ross and her team at Latitude put on an amazing spread and even provided some cool “beverages.” The property created a large balloon arch made just for the occasion that helped set the tone for the event.

Allison Walentowicz, Vice President of Marketing, shared the Avanti story with the group. Allison shared that they are a new management company only having been on the scene for 3 years. One of the most interesting parts was how they came up with the Avanti name, great story. (See below).

Dustin Kerby with Air Speed HVAC was the lucky winner of the lunch raffle with Stephanie Fossum, a regional manager, and several other Avanti team members.

Latitude Apartment Homes and Casitas are located at 1944 W. Thunderbird Road, in Phoenix. The property was built in 1979 and comprises 672 units.
