On August 9th, we rolled out the red carpet (literally!) for the 32nd Annual Tribute Awards Gala. The night was all about honoring the best in the multifamily industry—think of it as the Oscars for apartment professionals. If you missed the glitz and glam, don’t worry. Central Coalition: Getting Fired Up About Emergency Preparedness
What do you call a firefighter who’s motivated? Fired up, of course! That was exactly the vibe at the August Central Community Coalition meeting, where Assistant Fire Marshal Steve Petrie and Cindy Staub led the charge on emergency preparedness. August Education: Filling the Knowledge Tank
We didn’t slow down on education. Hot topics like the sales tax ban, HOTMA compliance (because avoiding a “hot mess” is key), and interpersonal effectiveness kept us all on our toes. Missed it? No worries—everything’s available in our OnDemand library.
Hope for the Holidays: Christmas in August?
Yes, you read that right—Christmas came early with our Hope for the Holidays campaign. AMA members generously donated items for UMOM New Day Centers, and we’ll be packing it all up at the Phoenix Trade Show on September 12.
We Did It: 400,000 Units Strong
