Effective Communication

• Throughout this course, we will dive into the core principles of effective communication. We'll explore how our verbal, written, and remote communication styles significantly influence our daily interactions. By grasping these fundamentals, you'll gain valuable insights into navigating and engaging in challenging conversations with confidence as well.

Time Management

• In today's fast-paced industry, mastering time management is vital yet challenging. During this course we will discuss high-level strategies and techniques to effectively prioritize your daily tasks and deliverables, empowering you to navigate the demands of your professional life with efficiency and success.

Please note: If you miss Part 2 of the Summer Series, you can still take Parts 1 or 3.  These classes compliment each other, but do not build on one another.

Ashley is a seasoned professional in the multi-family industry, and currently works as the Learning and Development Manager at IDM Companies. With comprehensive experience across all onsite positions, including Regional Community Manager, she has spearheaded numerous successful new developments, renovation projects, and record-breaking lease-ups. Ashley holds a CAM certification, graduated from AMA’s Lyceum program in 2021, and is an active AMA Board Member.
