What does it take to be a polished professional?  This course provides techniques to improve your presentation skills.  Come join us as Jenna guides you through best practices to ensure you are viewed as the polished professional that you are!

  1. Mastering First Impressions:
    • This class aims to help participants understand the importance of first impressions and learn the proper etiquette for handshakes and maintaining eye contact, fostering a demeanor that is both confident and approachable.
  2. Polished Correspondence Skills:
    • In this module, students will learn the art of timing correspondence effectively, discerning when to respond promptly, when to refrain from immediate response, and when to wait. Additionally, emphasis will be placed on refining grammar, punctuation, and formatting in written communication, as well as navigating the exchange of business cards with finesse.
  3. Conducting Successful Business Interactions:
    • The focus of this segment is on mastering various aspects of professional interaction. This includes understanding and adhering to virtual meeting etiquette, utilizing body language effectively to convey professionalism, developing confidence in mingling and networking, and honing the ability to engage in meaningful conversation in professional settings.

Jenna is a National Speaker, Housing Consultant & Trainer based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Her passion for ending homelessness began at an early age and is the mission of her company. She has the knowledge, experience, and skills that translate into successful property operations.  Jenna is a graduate from DeVry University, member of the National Speaker’s Association, and National Center of Housing Management. She holds over a dozen affordable housing designations and has more abbreviations after her name than a doctor. She is the founder and president of Housing Consultants of America (Formerly Paonessa Juniper Consulting) and has helped countless professionals with all their operational, training, marketing and leasing needs.
