Andrew Parrott
-Detective Sergeant Andrew Parrott has been a dedicated member of the Scottsdale Police Department since 2008. For the past 12 years, he has focused his efforts on the Crimes Against Persons section, where he has honed his skills across various specialized units including the Domestic Violence Unit, Special Victims Unit, and Violent Crimes Unit. His expertise lies in investigating violent crimes involving both children and adults, and he currently leads the Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit (HEAT). In his role as the supervisor of the HEAT Unit, Sergeant Parrott oversees critical investigations related to child crimes, such as possession of child abuse material, online luring of minors for exploitation, child sex trafficking, and adult exploitation. His extensive knowledge of assault and abuse investigations has led to numerous successful prosecutions against offenders. Prior to leading the HEAT Unit, Sergeant Parrott managed the Violent Crimes Unit, where he skillfully handled complex homicide investigations and addressed various violent crime incidents. His leadership has been instrumental in the development and success of the HEAT Unit within the Scottsdale Police Department. Sergeant Parrott's dedication to justice has been recognized through various awards, including Detective of the Year in 2017 and Supervisor of the Year in 2019. Under his leadership, the Violent Crimes Unit, and the HEAT Unit both received the Team of the Year award in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Under his leadership, the HEAT unit has been recognized by numerous community organizations on multiple occasions, receiving several awards for their dedicated efforts in the fight against sex trafficking. His commitment to protecting the community and seeking justice for victims is truly commendable.
Denise Holliday
has engaged in Landlord/Tenant practice since 1996. She is a Justice of the Peace Pro Tem and Superior Court Pro Tem. She is a certified instructor for the Department of Real Estate, Arizona Association of Realtors, Property Management Institute and National Association of Real Property Managers. She is president of ALTA since 2003 and a training instructor for ALTA since 2001. She has been a keynote speaker at several legal seminars regarding Landlord/Tenant issues presented to the Association of Landlord/Tenant Attorneys, Maricopa County Justices of the Peace, Maricopa County Judge Pro Tempores, Continuing Education for Attorneys, and Co-Jet training for Judges, NARPM, AHMA, and numerous other professional associations. She also assists Law Enforcement and Property Managers with Crime Free Programs for apartment complexes.
