Fair Housing Information

A panel of AMA attorneys developed over 40 AMA approved forms, including applications, leases, notices and addenda. There are two convenient options available to you to obtain the AMA forms. In addition, the association participates in the National Apartment Association Click & Lease Program, the most widely used lease form in the industry.  The legal forms listed below are intended for market rate conventional properties.  If your property participates in federal or state program (i.e. low income, tax credit), you may have additional requirements.  Please contact your legal counsel to confirm.

The National Apartment Association has developed a set of national standard lease forms. The AMA version has been modified, as necessary, to comply with Arizona state statutes. Primarily developed for multi-state companies that want to use consistent forms across their portfolio, users complete the forms and associated Blue Moon software program on their computer terminal. The information then integrates directly into many leading property management software programs.
