Recent executive orders regarding guidelines for ICE bring new considerations for property owners and site staff. Our lawyer members will discuss what the executive order means and what it means for the multihousing industry.
This class qualifies for NAA continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.

Blythe Edmondson is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She graduated from University High School before attending the University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated with Honors and a B.A. Business Economics. Blythe returned home to Tucson and the University of Arizona where she received her Juris Doctorate. She has been practicing law in Tucson, Arizona for over 20 years.
Denise Holliday has engaged in Landlord/Tenant practice since 1996. She is a Justice of the Peace Pro Tem and Superior Court Pro Tem. She is a certified instructor for the Department of Real Estate, Arizona Association of Realtors, Property Management Institute and National Association of Real Property Managers. She is president of ALTA since 2003 and a training instructor for ALTA since 2001. She has been a keynote speaker at several legal seminars regarding Landlord/Tenant issues presented to the Association of Landlord/Tenant Attorneys, Maricopa County Justices of the Peace, Maricopa County Judge Pro Tempores, Continuing Education for Attorneys, and Co-Jet training for Judges, NARPM, AHMA, and numerous other professional associations. She also assists Law Enforcement and Property Managers with Crime Free Programs for apartment complexes.
Mark Zinman is partner with Zona Law Group P.C. Since beginning his practice in 2005, has focused on multi-housing communities and single-family residential property management issues. In addition to handling their litigation matters, he advises on their day-to-day operations and assists in the development of their operational policies. Mark believes that being an attorney not only involves handling a client’s litigation as it may arise, but developing policies and procedures with his clients to avoid unnecessary litigation. Mark was elected as the first-ever Attorney to the Executive Committee of the Arizona Multihousing Association (“AMA”). Mark has also served numerous times as a board member of the AMA, and is a regular presenter of landlord-tenant and fair housing classes to the AMA. He is also the exclusive attorney member of the Arizona Real Estate Investor Association (AZREIA) representing landlords and publishes articles in the AZREIA monthly newsletter. Mark previously taught at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in classes focusing on property management and landlord tenant issues. Since 2016, Mark has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. On several occasions, he has testified before the Arizona legislature on landlord tenant matters.
Thayne Cullimore is a graduate of Widener Law School. He has been working in the legal industry aiding landlords for 15 years. He is licensed in Utah and Arizona. Thayne represented landlords and Homeowners Associations in Utah, and when his practiced moved to Arizona, he primarily focused on representing landlords in all aspects, including evictions, collections, fair housing, and related areas. Thayne participates on the Government Affairs Committee for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association and has been exploring ways to improve the laws of Arizona for landlords.
