We're "Going Up the Hill" for an afternoon of all things AMA! Sign up for the whole afternoon or pick and choose!
We'll kick off the afternoon with two back-to-back Community Coalition Meetings. Are you planning to achieve or renew your 5 Star Safety Certification in 2025? This is your chance to knock out your Community Coalition requirement! Community Coalition meetings lay a foundation of community awareness & involvement by providing education and networking to address the needs of the families and individuals who live and work within rental housing.
Topics will include Legal Updates with Denise Holliday of H3, and Security Challenges Facing Residential Communities with Sandy Sabatini of Valentis Group. We'll also have representatives from the local police department to give updates on what is going on in the community.
🎉We'll wrap up the day with a celebration of our 2025 Tribute Awards Nominees! 🎉
Please join us during our nominee networking open house where nominees will receive your Tribute Awards nominee pin, have a snack, and be congratulated on your great work!
This event is free to AMA Regular members, but advance registration is required.

Sponsorships are just $600 for two (2) attendees, the opportunity to present about your company during one of the Community Coalitions, logo recognition on this page, and event signage. Additional staff may attend the Tribute Nominee Networking Happy Hour for $10. (Additional sponsor tickets are not available for the Community Coalition Meetings.)
