Session Description:

In this session, Steve discusses the elements that make feedback successful, and introduces participants to an easy method to deliver feedback effectively: 

SBI (Situation, Behavior, Impact) Removing emotion from the feedback & coaching conversation is one of the BEST things a leader can learn to do. SBI helps attendees understand how to approach these sometimes delicate conversations by addressing behavior and how it impacts performance and/or the team environment.

 Learning Objectives

  1. Participants will gain understanding into the three elements that makes feedback successful 
  1. Attendees of this session will learn the SBI method of feedback 
  1. Attendees will be able to learn their BEST Communication Style and this will allow them to be more effective with communicating feedback to their team(s)
