Biography:
Harold Magnuson is a Ferguson HVAC Technical Support Advisor Supervisor. I have been in the HVAC industry for over 34 years. The first 17 years, I worked in the field with one company servicing and installing residential, light commercial, and multifamily systems. The company I worked for did its own duct work and custom sheet metal. Up to that point, everything I learned about HVAC was on the job training. During that time, I also earned my bachelor's degrees in business marketing and management. The second half of my career I have been with Ferguson. I started off being a branch manager but when the opportunity to be an HVAC Technical Service Advisor came, I made the change to that position. I mostly work with contractors on technical and installation issues. Training is one of the things I enjoy most about my job.
Session 3 | 11:15am - 12:00pm

Sponsors & Tabletop Exhibitors FAQ
When do I move in and how do I know where my table is?
Move-in will be on Wednesday, November 13 in the afternoon. Watch your e-mail for exact times! Once finalized that information will be posted here as well. Tables are first come, first served, but there is no bad table!
Will you provide name tags?
When we held the Know Before You Go call on October 17 we took a vote. The majority decided to wear company issued name tags, so like last year, AMA will not be printing them for you. If your company does not have name tags, we will have some blank ones for you at move-in.
What can I do at my table?
Please click the link below for that information.
Industry Partner Tabletop Information
I couldn't be on the October 17 call and I have questions. What do I do?
You can access the recording above; please watch that before reaching out to staff. If you still have questions, please e-mail Melissa at mlanouette@azmultihousing.org.
No tours of the exhibit floor will take place the day of the show. We are happy to send you a video of the floor after the event. Companies that would be considered Industry Partners (vendors, supplies, etc.) are not permitted to register and walk the exhibit floor.
