Biography:
Harold Magnuson is a Ferguson HVAC Technical Support Advisor Supervisor. I have been in the HVAC industry for over 34 years. The first 17 years, I worked in the field with one company servicing and installing residential, light commercial, and multifamily systems. The company I worked for did its own duct work and custom sheet metal. Up to that point, everything I learned about HVAC was on the job training. During that time, I also earned my bachelor's degrees in business marketing and management. The second half of my career I have been with Ferguson. I started off being a branch manager but when the opportunity to be an HVAC Technical Service Advisor came, I made the change to that position. I mostly work with contractors on technical and installation issues. Training is one of the things I enjoy most about my job.
