    Biography:

Aaron Williams has been an employee with the City of Tempe Police Department for 17 years.  He began his career with Tempe in 2007 as a Park Ranger, and he became a Police Officer in 2011.  Aaron worked in patrol for his first 6 years as an Officer, and, in 2017, Aaron joined the Parks Squad wherein he worked with numerous other City departments and largely with the City’s homeless population.  In December 2023, Aaron became the Tempe Police Department’s Naloxone Program Coordinator.  In this role, Aaron supplies Tempe Police Officers and employees with intranasal NARCAN, trains them how to use the NARCAN, and works in tandem with Navigators from La Frontera EMPACT to ensure folks who have experienced an opioid overdose and been saved with the help of NARCAN then have access to life-stabilizing resources.  Aaron is also the Tempe Police Department’s first and only Forensic/Composite Sketch Artist since 2013 and has completed about 100 composite sketches to date.

In his personal life, Aaron is married to his amazing wife of 25 years whom he met while serving together in the United States Air Force.  They have 4 ambitious daughters and 5 pampered dogs to keep everyone busy.

    Biography:

Harold Magnuson is a Ferguson HVAC Technical Support Advisor Supervisor.  I have been in the HVAC industry for over 34 years.  The first 17 years, I worked in the field with one company servicing and installing residential, light commercial, and multifamily systems.  The company I worked for did its own duct work and custom sheet metal.  Up to that point, everything I learned about HVAC was on the job training.  During that time, I also earned my bachelor's degrees in business marketing and management.  The second half of my career I have been with Ferguson.   I started off being a branch manager but when the opportunity to be an HVAC Technical Service Advisor came, I made the change to that position.  I mostly work with contractors on technical and installation issues. Training is one of the things I enjoy most about my job.
