Jon Parvin

Jon Parvin moved to Arizona in the mid 90's to either attend ASU or prepare for the PGA tour. While deciding his fate, he discovered the business opportunity of painting apartments. Suddenly, Jon's an entrepreneur with two degrees from ASU that have nothing to do with apartment renovations or building a medium size construction company. But, what it did for him was allow him to master the game of complex schedules and achieve the goals of success for clients and their owners.

Due to his meticulous attention detail to detail, it became clear that the original business All Kind Painting Co was going to need helpers, more trucks, staff and a building. Next steps where to achieve licensure with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and attend manufacturers training for the AKP resurfacing process. Jon's work in resurfacing has led to a dozen custom color combinations that are proprietary to AKP Services.

Fast forward to today, Jon has expanded the business from only painting to all critical services needed in multi-family: painting, drywall and full renovations, thus the company's name change in 2020 to dba AKP Services.
